Studio Policies

RESERVATIONS

Reserve your class online or with the Rev app (REV CYCLE 3.0). You will need to purchase a
class series before you can book your spot in advance.

 

LATE ENTRANCE POLICY
*REV CYCLE HAS A STRICT 5 MINUTE LATE ENTRY POLICY. NO ENTRANCE WILL BE
PERMITTED TO ANY CLASS AFTER 5 MINUTES.
Please arrive at least five minutes before class begins. If you’re running late, give us a call and
we’ll hold your bike for up to five minutes after class begins. After five minutes, reserved bikes
will be made available to waitlisted clients and walk-ins and entrance to class will not be
allowed. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, riders may not join a class more than 5 minutes
late.

New to the studio? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. We cannot guarantee
entrance to class if you do not arrive at least 10 minutes early. Please note that this is for your
safety & to guarantee that you’ll have the best experience possible!

 

WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full. If a spot opens up, you will
be notified by email and text. To receive alerts please ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS. Need help?
Ask the front desk to enable your notifications. Please note, when you add yourself to the
waitlist, you are confirming that you can make it to the class; therefore, late cancel and no show
policies do apply. Can’t make it anymore? Please remove yourself from the waitlist.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation up to six hours prior to the start of any class. If you do not
cancel within that window, your scheduled class will be deducted from your series. Riders with
unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee for late cancellations and $15 for no-shows.

 

AGE LIMIT
Adults of any age are welcome at Rev! Younger riders must be at least 13 years old and
accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian must sign the client waiver for the minor prior
to class.

 

NO PHONE POLICY
When you come to Rev, we want you to have a focused experience that is all about YOU! For
this reason, we kindly ask that all clients store their phones in the cubbies or lockers provided
to limit distraction. If you are waiting for an important call or worried about an emergency,
please be respectful and step out of the studio to take any calls or texts.

 

REFUND & EXTENSION POLICY
We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited
Memberships, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.
We do NOT offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages or Unlimited
Memberships.

 

TRANSFERS
All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.
All Unlimited & Limited Memberships may not to be shared with any other student,
client or member. [Class Cards are shareable.]

 

MEMBERSHIPS
Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your membership begins on the
date of purchase. Contracts have a 2 month commitment (one auto-pay cycle).
To cancel your membership, please email info@revcyclingla.com . A14-day notice
is required before we can cancel your membership.
You can freeze your membership for 1 month. The fee to freeze your membership
requires a 7-day notice. Please email info@revcyclingla.com to freeze you
membership.
Early Termination Fee: REV CYCLE may charge 50% of the remaining balance of
your contract for early cancellations.

 

LOST & FOUND
REV CYCLE is not responsible for lost items, if it is Found we are happy to be your
hero! REV donates Lost & Found items that are not claimed.
Please email the studio directly and info@revcyclingla.com for any items you may
have left behind.
