TRX STRENGTH

Get stronger while having fun in this full-body class! The class uses dumbbells, body weight, resistance bands & TRX suspension trainers – straps that use your own body weight for strength moves. TRX is low impact and perfect for all levels, making it a safe & effective way to
build strength & endurance! With energizing music, expert form guidance & an upbeat vibe, you’ll sweat, tone and feel unstoppable!

PILATES SCULPT

This energizing mat Pilates based sculpt class blends classic Pilates moves with light weights, body weight exercises & resistance bands for that extra burn! You’ll sculpt, strengthen and lengthen while keeping your core-focused foundation of Pilates. Fun, challenging & effective,

30/30 CYCLE + SCULPT

This 30/3 class gives you the best of both worlds, 30 minutes of rhythm based cycling for a heart pumping cardio burn followed by 30 minutes of off the bike sculpt for strengthening & toning. The class uses light weights, resistance bands & body weight for the perfect balance of sweat & strength. Designed for all levels, you’ll leave feeling energized, strong & fully worked out from head to toe!

30 MINUTE CYCLE

REV CYCLE’s signature cycling class packed into 30 minutes of high-energy, music driven movement! You’ll ride to the beat through sprints, climbs and pushes that deliver an efficient full body cardio workout. Perfect when you’re short on time but still want the full REV experience!

STRENGTH + RECOVERY

Strength + Recovery is a 45-minute class combining 30 minutes of full-body strength training with 15 minutes of guided recovery. Expect functional movements to build power and endurance, followed by mobility work and deep stretching to support muscle recovery. Designed for all fitness levels, this class helps you get stronger while staying flexible and injuryfree. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready for more!

Yoga Stretch is a gentle, full-body class that blends yoga poses with mobility work to release tension and improve flexibility.
