CYCLING RESERVATIONS
Reserve your class online or with the Rev app (REV CYCLE 2.0). You will need to purchase a class series before you can book a bike in advance.
LATE ENTRANCE POLICY
Please arrive at least five minutes before class begins to sign in and get set up. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll hold your bike for up to five minutes after class begins. After five minutes, reserved bikes will be made available to waitlisted clients and walk-ins. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, riders may not join a class more than 10 minutes late.
WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email and text. To receive alerts please ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS. Need help? Ask the front desk to enable your notifications. Please note, when you add yourself to the waitlist, you are confirming that you can make it to the class; therefore, late cancel and no show policies do apply. Can’t make it anymore? Please remove yourself from the waitlist.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation up to six hours prior to the start of any class. If you do not cancel within that window, your scheduled class will be deducted from your series. Riders with unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee for late cancellations and $15 for no-shows.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS
All unlimited series must be purchased with a valid credit card online or at the studio. 30-day unlimited series begin on your first visit. For clients using auto-pay, the 30-day unlimited series automatically renews one month after the date of purchase. Clients may only book classes in advance during those 30 days. Memberships can only be cancelled via email. Email info@revcyclingla.com 30 days before the autopay date to cancel a membership.
AGE LIMIT
Adults of any age are welcome at Rev! Younger riders must be at least 13 years old and accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian must sign the client waiver for the minor prior to class.
NO PHONE POLICY
When you come to Rev, we want you to have a focused experience that is all about YOU! For this reason, we kindly ask that all clients store their phones in the cubbies provided to limit distraction. If you are waiting for an important call or worried about an emergency, please be respectful and step out of the studio to take any calls or texts.
