Clients can reserve their bikes through our MindBody system. In order to guarantee yourself a bike, please reserve your spot online. You will need a current series in order to book in advance. Please do NOT save bikes for anyone other than yourself.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to claim your bike. Bikes are given to waitlisted clients and walk-ins once class starts. If you are going to be late, give us a call and we will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after the start of class. Riders will NOT be allowed to take a class 10 minutes after the start of class.

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If you are added to the class you will receive an email to confirm your spot. You must confirm via email in order to be added to the class. You can also check on the MindBody system to see if you've been added to the class.

You may cancel your reservation for up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. If you do not cancel within that window your scheduled class will be charged to your series. Riders with an unlimited series will be charged a $10 fee for late cancellations & $15 for no shows.

All clients are required to wear appropriate fitness/athletic gear, including tops and bottoms for both men and women and sneakers or cycling shoes. We reserve the right to deny service to any person whose attire we do not consider to be appropriate. Please respect your fellow riders & don't wear any perfume or other scented products.

All unlimited series must be purchased with a valid credit card online or at the studio. 30 day unlimited series will begin on your first visit. The 30 day unlimited auto-pay series will automatically renew 30 days after the date of purchase. Clients can only book classes in advance during those 30 days.

Riders must be at least 13 years old and be accompanied by an adult. A parent/guardian must sign the waiver for the minor prior to class.
