CYCLING CLASSES

A 60 minute high energy indoor cycling class that will burn hundreds of calories in a fun and engaging environment. This ride is meant to increase your cardiovascular and mental strength while burning fat and decreasing stress. Classes are programmed for all levels of fitness and can be adjusted for beginners. We aim to challnge even the fittest of athletes. Each instructor will lead you through a unique indoor cycling experience featuring heart pumping music that will motivate you and push you to new limits.

 

 

BEGINNER'S CYCLING.

 

For our newest Revers and veterans who want to perfect their form, this class focuses on bike set up, form and technique. The 45 minute ride starts with a 10 minute introduction to the bike and cycling. The remaining 35 minutes will be dedicated to burning calories while focusing on form.

TRX SCULPT

You can burn calories and tone muscle with our Rev Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX)-based class! This Navy SEAL-founded workout uses the suspension of two straps to utilize the force of gravity against your own body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. No machines or dumbbells needed! By hitting every major muscle group, taxing your core, and sweating out your body’s toxins in this low-impact, total body workout, you’ll leave class feeling challenged, energized, and refreshed.

POWER BARRE 

In our Rev Barre classes, you’ll use precise, ballet-inspired isometric movements to build your strength and lengthen your muscles. And what exactly does that do for you? It boosts your balance and flexibility—and it tones and conditions your entire body. Not bad for a few tiny movements, right?

PILATES SCULPT

Rev Pilates combines high-intensity strength training with low-impact flexibility movements and increased endurance building to burn away that pesky fat, leaving you with toned, sculpted, lean muscles. This mind-body workout strengthens and tones, while also focusing on proper posture and body alignment to build stability and adaptability. It’s the perfect workout for anyone looking to burn fat without building bulk!
