A 60 minute high energy indoor cycling class that will burn hundreds of calories in a fun and engaging environment. This ride is meant to increase your cardiovascular and mental strength while burning fat and decreasing stress. Classes are programmed for all levels of fitness and can be adjusted for beginners. We aim to challnge even the fittest of athletes. Each instructor will lead you through a unique indoor cycling experience featuring heart pumping music that will motivate you and push you to new limits.
For our newest Revers and veterans who want to perfect their form, this class focuses on bike set up, form and technique. The 45 minute ride starts with a 10 minute introduction to the bike and cycling. The remaining 35 minutes will be dedicated to burning calories while focusing on form.
