Savannah Bleue

Savannah’s passion for health, fitness and music is what lead her to become a spin instructor. She found spin to be the best way to strengthen the mind and body, while having fun doing it! Savannah loves endurance, sprints, and music with strong bass. Her class is driven by the beat and will take you through a workout that will leave you feeling stronger and empowered! Off the bike, she is an interior designer, avid hiker and animal mom.

Savannah Bleue instructs the following:

    You can burn calories and tone muscle with our Rev Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX)-based class! This workout uses the suspension of two straps to utilize the force of gravity against your own body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. By hitting every major muscle group, taxing your core, and sweating out your body’s toxins in this low-impact, total body workout, you’ll leave class feeling challenged, energized, and refreshed.
