REV YOGA FLOW


This class is taught by:
Lengthen and strengthen through a Vinyasa Yoga practice led by our Yoga Alliance RYT certified instructor. This class will focus on linking postures and movement with breath in a flowing sequence built around increasing flexibility and opening and supporting the body while learning to calm the mind.
