Ready to take your ride to the next level? This class utilizes the Stages Bike's power meter to measure how hard you're working. The instructor will guide the ride using metrics such as average Watts, RPMs & Distance to get you more out of your ride. You'll leave feeling stronger, sweatier and ready to conquer the day!
