Alison Herschberg Williams

A former ballerina from Seattle and a proud Eagle Rock-er, Alison is all about the musicality of the ride. In and out of the saddle the beat drives your feet, helping you crush your fitness goals with every pedal stroke. Off the bike, Alison can be found brainstorming marketing campaigns, raising two amazing girls with her husband, and digging deep to find the perfect tune for tabatas. Kick off your day with an early-bird endorphin blast and join the bike party!

Jess Nurse

Jess has been an instructor at Rev Cycle for the past three years (and a spin junkie for six years before that.) She's known for her want-to-play-it-on-repeat playlists, her big positive energy-filled classes, and her dance moves on and off the bike. For her, it's all about how good you feel walking out those doors.

Zee Najarian

Though fitness is now a huge part of Zee's life, it hasn't always been that way. She spent most of her teens and early 20s hating physical activity. It wasn't until she found out how to motivate herself and exercise properly, that she started to fall in love with it. She brings this passion and motivation to you through her routines, playlists, and in-studio conversations. She believes that fitness is the gateway drug to personal development. She's obsessed with bringing out the best in YOU!

Katie Horning

Katie is from Ohio and grew up doing gymnastics, soccer, and running. After moving to Los Angeles she discovered new ways to enjoy working out was hooked after her first cycling class! She has been a cycling instructor for four years and also teaches Pilates as well as Lagree Fitness. You can count on her to give you a challenging workout, while helping encourage you to do your best by staying positive. Her high-energy and vocal attitude mixed with upbeat playlists will help to get you feeling good and fit in no time!

Madi DiDomenicantonio

Madi was born in Winnipeg, Canada before she moved to sunny So Cal! She fell in love with spinning at 14 and starting teaching spin & yoga at 19. She fell in love with the combination of mental, spiritual and physical health benefits both have to offer. You can expect a fun, challenging & inspiriting workout that will give you clarity and confidence to tackle the rest of the day. Whether you've had the best or worst day, you can always expect to leave Madi's class feeling loved, challenged and better than when you arrived. Music is a little bit of everything, mostly influenced by hip hop, pop and EDM!
Get ready to blast fat, burn hundreds of calories, and sweat during this high intensity, low impact indoor cycling workout! We promise you'll be coming back for more!
